Please check the details on your order confirmation email to ensure that you requested tickets to be posted. Note that tickets will be posted to arrive approximately one week before the performance date.
If you have not received your tickets and the event is less than three days away then please get in touch
with your details and order number.
We’ll make sure any existing tickets are cancelled and arrange some replacements for you which can be collected from our box office.
Please note that this only applies to tickets purchased directly from our box office. If you have purchased from another supplier then please enquiry with them directly.
