What do I do if I can’t make the new date?

Send an email to including the name of the person who booked the ticket and the order number. Then we will be able to refund your ticket. 

You will need to send your refund request by 12pm on Thursday 1 March 2018 to be eligible for a refund. 

If you paid by cash, you will need to arrange a date to come in to collect your refund.
